Michael Leone Lynch
Associate
Michael Lynch represents employers in a wide range of employment-related litigation, particularly with respect to allegations of discrimination and retaliation, disputes involving restrictive covenants in employment contracts, and wage and hour class and collective actions. He has defended employers at all stages of litigation, including at the administrative agency level, in lawsuits before state and federal courts, and through appeal.
Michael also helps employers preemptively avoid litigation by developing compliant employee handbooks and policies, regularly updating management on the ever-changing patchwork of federal, state, and local employment laws, and counseling employers through all phases of the employer-employee relationship.
