Tyler Maffia
Attorney
Tyler Maffia concentrates his practice on advising employers on labor and employment issues. He regularly counsels employers on federal, state, and local laws related to workforce reductions, terminations, alternative schedules, wage-and-hour issues, the impacts of COVID-19 regulations in the workplace, and mergers and acquisitions.
Tyler brings unique experience and knowledge regarding labor representation matters and unfair labor practices, having served as an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board before joining the firm. He helps employers with unionized workforces to develop long-term strategic plans and to respond to day-to-day labor law issues.
