Catherine Maloff

As senior practice manager for DWT's financial services group, Kate Maloff manages projects and people to advance business and client development strategies for the firm's most innovative practice group. Part chief operating officer and part chief of staff, Kate directs the team's client relations, strategic initiatives, legal operations, external affairs, and business development.

She collaborates with the firm's recruitment, professional development, pricing, DEI, and innovation teams to reduce administrative friction and to enable the firm's lawyers to remain focused on delivering the highest level of service to clients. Kate draws on over a decade of experience in business management and strategic development, most recently as executive director for a New York-based public policy think tank.
