Eric T. Marsh
Paralegal
Eric Marsh began his paralegal career at DWT in 2003. Eric has experience in a range of employment law litigation, as well as in construction law and property disputes. Eric takes an active role in discovery, trial, motions activities, and working with clients to efficiently obtain needed information and documents.
Eric's areas of focus include:
- Lead paralegal defending large software company in which jury found for defense
- Lead paralegal defending hospital in retaliation case in which jury found for defense
- Lead paralegal defending telecommunications company in class action involving managing large amounts of commission data
- Lead paralegal at trial in three cases in 2018
- Involved in all phases of discovery including working with client in collection of electronic data, conducting substantive document review for production, and preparing written responses to discovery
- Assist in preparation for and during trial including use of Trial Director in presentation of exhibits and preparation of witness examination files and key document sets
- Skillful and efficient use of Relativity in supporting fact investigation, responding to discovery requests, and motions practice
