Soraya Mohamed advises technology, telecommunications, cable, Internet and other similar clients on regulatory, policy, and infrastructure access matters. Soraya's practice ranges from consumer complaints, to civil litigation, to infrastructure deployment, to regulatory advice on new legislation.
