Mark Morgan brings extensive employment litigation experience to DWT's employment services practice group. He counsels local and national employers in a variety of employment-related matters. In addition to advising employers on policies, handbooks, accommodations, and other employment practices, Mark represents companies in class action disputes. His litigation work also includes defending employers in federal and state courts in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and other state and federal law claims. Mark also conducts workplace investigations for private- and public-sector clients.

Defense of nursing care facility in wrongful termination lawsuit*
Represented nursing care facility in suit filed by former employee alleging wrongful termination in violation of public policy.
Defense of health care system in wage-and-hour putative class action lawsuits*
Defense of hospital and related entities in putative wage-and-hour class action alleging violations of Washington rest break and meal period requirements, time rounding, overtime practices, and unpaid time in King, Pierce, and Yakima County Superior Courts.
Defense of hospital in pregnancy accommodation discrimination lawsuit*
Represented hospital in suit filed by former employee alleging discrimination and failure to accommodate pregnancy.
Workplace investigations for public- and private-sector clients*
Conducted and guided workplace investigation into employee complaints of racial discrimination and sexual harassment.
Workplace training for manufacturing client*
Designed and delivered workplace training program on an array of topics, including racial bias training.
