Lauren "Lo" Nelson is a determined litigator and advocate specializing in employment disputes. She provides a comprehensive range of litigation services, including zealously defending employers against EEOC charges, class actions, and claims alleging meal and rest break violations. She also has experience drafting pretrial motions and negotiating settlements. Lo also counsels clients across various industries on a variety of employment issues, including drafting compliant policies and handbooks. Additionally, with a robust background advising clients in employee benefits and executive compensation, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice.
Lo earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Outside of law, Lauren holds certificates in Global Cultures and African Studies and has studied abroad on four continents. She has also translated for the National Immigration Justice Center.
