David Nordlinger helps clients investigate cybercrimes and other digital threats to their business operations. Drawing on his experience as a U.S. Navy prosecutor, David works with clients to develop enforcement strategies, bring criminal referrals, and proactively protect their intellectual property and other assets.
While serving as a prosecutor in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, David directed criminal investigations and worked alongside law enforcement partners to hold bad actors accountable. David tried a substantial number of cases to verdict, including multiple jury and bench trials, and attained successful outcomes in cases involving a diverse range of criminal charges.
