Emily Parsons
Associate
Emily Parsons is an attorney in DWT's commercial litigation practice. She leverages her experience in federal courtrooms and in private practice to represent and defend her clients during all stages of litigation in areas including securities fraud; trademark, copyright, and patent infringement; trade secrets; commercial valuation and contracts; international business matters; class actions; and arbitrations.
Prior to joining DWT, Emily served as a law clerk for Judge Ronald M. Gould in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Emily also served as a judicial extern for Judge James L. Robart in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
