As DWT's Senior Manager of Lawyer Talent Acquisition & Outreach, Hiroko focuses on creating and capturing memorable and inspiring experiences for candidates and DWT employees. Hiroko collaborates with multiple departments including Professional Development, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Marketing, DWTStudio, DWTSurge, and Pro Bono as well as leaders across the firm to strategize and execute talent attraction and recruitment related programs and projects. She also enhances our strong reputation across the country to attract law students, both traditional and non-traditional track lawyers and staff talent to our organization. Hiroko advises and counsels law students, lawyers, and legal professional staff candidates to optimize the DWT experience. She also partners with Human Resources on employee experience related programs and projects to create an inclusive and rewarding culture at the firm and to improve retention of our great employees.
Hiroko serves as primary contact for the firm's external relationships for law student and entry-level associate opportunities.
