Brant Rockney helps card issuers, processors, and technology companies negotiate and document substantial deals. He approaches his practice with the desire to understand each client’s business, with conscientious attention to the client’s needs in the specific transaction, and with the aspiration to improve every agreement on which he works.

Brant represents financial institutions in the negotiation and documentation of co-branded and private-label credit card agreements, and he advises clients on documentation and transactions relating to payments processing. He also assists retail, technology, and wireless clients with a variety of commercial and technology transactions, including supply chain, logistics, and marketing transactions, as well as strategic partner relationships.
