Katie Rosen loves a challenge. Throughout her career she's devoted herself to helping clients solve problems that seem insurmountable. Whether the problem is contentious litigation, workplace misconduct, failure to follow the rules, or a toxic employee, Katie digs in and uses the legal and interpersonal skills she's developed over 20 years as a trial lawyer and counselor to find an answer. She is responsive, dedicated, analytical, and nimble.

If a problem progresses to litigation Katie is well-equipped to handle it, having successfully tried many jury and bench trials to verdict. She is an aggressive and pragmatic litigator with extensive experience with the discovery process as well as briefing and arguing motions. Katie has substantial experience defending employers in wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions. Katie also serves as de facto in-house employment counsel for a variety of companies, providing day-to-day support for all aspects of the employment relationship.

Katie has represented JP Morgan Chase, T-Mobile, Sur La Table, Russell Investments, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and Providence Health and Services.

She is a frequent speaker on wage-and-hour issues.
