He has litigated matters involving product liability, real property claims, construction accidents, labor law actions, negligence, design defects, and general contractual claims, as well as mass torts involving chemical products and toxic exposure. He has defended clients in New York and New Jersey state courts, ensuring a robust litigation strategy for clients by skillfully drafting pre- and post-trial motions, preparing for lead and cross-examination of witnesses, and providing the full range of litigation services to clients and trial teams.
