Helps clients understand minimum compliance requirements and develop best practices. Experienced with OSHA and state counterparts, state and federal administrative agency regulations, state and local health department orders, federal equal employment opportunity requirements, and those of state counterparts.

Provides both mandatory and elective trainings on a broad range of labor and employment topics: supervisory best practices, harassment prevention, protected leaves, emergency pandemic workplace safety and compliance requirements, wage-and-hour requirements, developing a positive and respectful workplace, legal updates on new and pending legislation and how it affects employers, and the like.
