Daniel Seitz
Attorney
Daniel Seitz advises clients on employment and labor law, including OSHA protections. He has experience defending municipal and other public-sector clients in state and federal employment lawsuits at the trial and appellate levels. He represents clients on a range of issues connected to the employment relationship, including workplace safety standards, disciplinary action, wage-and-hour issues, leave, performance evaluations, employee benefits, and labor relations.
Daniel earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. He served as a judicial extern for District Judge John A. Kronstadt of the Central District of California.

Employer advice and counsel
Helps clients with employment issues big and small, from advice on personnel issues, protected leaves, wage-and-hour questions, and policies and procedures, to administrative proceedings, litigation, and appeals. Cultivates individualized relationships that promote the employer's key interests and priorities. Advocates sincerely on behalf of clients.
Regulatory compliance
Reviews and advises on workplace health and safety compliance at federal, state, and local levels. Conducts internal audits. Helps clients understand minimum compliance requirements and develop best practices. Experienced with OSHA and state counterparts, state and federal administrative agency regulations, state and local health department orders, federal equal employment opportunity requirements, and those of state counterparts.
Employment law trainings and presentations
Provides both mandatory and elective trainings on a broad range of labor and employment topics: supervisory best practices, harassment prevention, protected leaves, emergency pandemic workplace safety and compliance requirements, wage-and-hour requirements, developing a positive and respectful workplace, legal updates on new and pending legislation and how it affects employers, and the like.
