Adam Sgro helps clients safeguard their intellectual property starting from the inception of a brand or product, advising them on clearance issues and filing for trademark registrations with the USPTO. He also advises clients on protecting their brands and conducts trademark enforcement or initiates litigation when necessary.
Should litigation arise, Adam prosecutes and defends federal claims for trademark infringement, trademark counterfeiting, and unfair competition. He is further experienced with handling all aspects of Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings from the outset all the way through trial.
Throughout his practice, Adam has managed the intellectual property of companies both big and small, having previously worked for international luxury and fashion brands as well as small start-up companies.
