Alexander Sisto

Alex Sisto, CIPP/US, helps clients proactively comply with US state, federal and international privacy regulations by drafting privacy policies, data privacy agreements, and international data transfer mechanisms. Alex is a member of DWT's AI Team and advises clients on AI governance issues, including engaging with regulators regarding rapidly developing US and international regulations of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Alex also helps prepare for and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including data breaches, by managing post-breach investigations and advising on U.S. and international reporting obligations.

Alex has advised businesses of all sizes, including software services companies, financial institutions, and e-commerce companies on AI governance, privacy compliance, cyber incident response, and reporting obligations.

Alex's international experience gives him a big-picture view of how to help clients gauge risk and implement commercial solutions.
