Arielle Spinner provides employment-related counseling to employers from various industries on a wide range of issues under federal and California state law. Arielle specializes in advising on matters such as COVID-19 workplace safety, reasonable accommodations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. Arielle is also skilled in conducting workplace investigations, drafting employment policies and handbooks, and leading comprehensive employee training sessions on harassment prevention and other employment laws.
In addition to her advice and counsel practice, Arielle represents employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and First Amendment litigation.
