Shannon Yen Stahl is a litigator focusing on IP litigation and complicated commercial disputes. Shannon has assisted clients including Fortune 500 companies in all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, validity analysis, claim construction, expert reports, motion practice, and appeals in disputes before federal courts, the ITC, and the PTAB. She is experienced in copyright, trademark, antitrust, contract dispute, and other commercial litigation. Shannon also has more than 10 years of hands-on engineering experience in software development, chip design, and internet including cloud network. She received her LL.M. from Santa Clara University School of Law, her J.D. from Lincoln Law School (intellectual property concentration), and her Master of Science in computer-aided design from Carnegie Mellon University.
