Gaurav K. Talwar

Gaurav focuses his litigation practice on securities, complex commercial, and white-collar matters. He has represented clients in state and federal civil, criminal, and appellate proceedings, as well as arbitrations. He is experienced in all facets of litigation, including pleadings, the management of discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial.

Gaurav represents clients such as large brokerage firms, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, fintech companies, and alternative investment providers in a broad array of complex commercial litigation.

Gaurav gained significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as arbitration at McGonigle P.C., before the firm combined with Davis Wright Tremaine.
