Mike Tarantino assists his clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and financing transactions. He has substantial experience representing borrowers and lenders in numerous real estate financing matters, with a particular emphasis on the financing and development of affordable housing and community development projects. Mike also represents clients in their acquisitions and dispositions of various real estate assets across the country, including multifamily buildings, office properties, and industrial facilities. In addition, he assists commercial landlords and tenants in complex lease negotiations and in resolving property management issues across various property types.
Before rejoining the firm in 2023, Mike served as a lead attorney for the Seattle Housing Authority, including acting as primary counsel in commercial, real estate, environmental, and financing transactions.
