Bryan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Bryan has successfully represented clients in matters that span a wide range of commercial disputes, including legal issues of first impression. His practice experience includes negotiating favorable pre-litigation settlement agreements, taking and defending depositions of key witnesses, drafting winning dispositive motions and appellate briefs, presenting oral arguments in trial and appellate courts, and supporting trial teams all the way to verdict.
