Stephen Taylor is a member of DWT's commercial litigation practice group. He has handled cases in federal and state courts, including at the appellate level, and participated in international arbitrations. Stephen counsels and defends clients in complex commercial disputes, including those involving business contracts, fiduciary duty breaches, shareholder actions, commercial property, and insurance claims. His pro bono practice focuses on criminal appeals.
Before joining DWT, Stephen clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and practiced at a global law firm in New York. Prior to law school, he worked as a finance officer at a nonprofit organization and as a business consultant.
