Nicholas Traver guides clients through every stage of litigation, helping them navigate complex legal strategies with a focus on risk mitigation to avoid costly disputes. When litigation becomes unavoidable, Nicholas provides invaluable support in case preparation, discovery, pretrial and post-trial proceedings, appeals, dismissals, and settlement negotiations that end favorably for the client.

Nicholas also has advised companies on high-value transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity financings. Before joining DWT, Nicholas had an established career in the design industry and worked as an extern at the U.S. Mint as a part of the Department of Treasury honors program.
