Wildfire mitigation rules
Represents national clients before the Oregon PUC rulemaking to establish electric utility wildfire mitigation plans.
Universal Service
Represents national clients before the Oregon Legislature and Oregon PUC in the design of intrastate USF. (2010-2023)
Wildfire safety inspection rules
Represents coalition of cable operators in Oregon PUC rulemaking regarding inspections of facilities attached to utility poles in High Fire Risk Zones. (2023)
Pole attachments and rights of way use
Negotiates pole attachment agreements. Represented national wireless carrier in assuring that pole attachment rules apply to wireless carriers, in three different "certified" states. Represents national wireless and cable carriers to ensure reasonable access and fees for use of public rights-of-way. (Ongoing)
Lifeline service issues
Representing national wireless carriers in obtaining designation authority to provide lifeline service to low-income individuals in states across the country. (Ongoing)
Regulatory approvals for Ziply Fiber
Obtained state regulatory approvals for acquisition of Frontier territories in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. (2020)
