Jessica Truyol

Jessica Truyol is a member of DWT's trademark, entertainment, and advertising group where she drafts and negotiates above- and below-the-line agreements on behalf of performers, producers, department heads, and directors. Her practice further includes counseling and providing legal support to business and creative teams during prep, principal, and post-production.

Jessica's experience includes advising on day-to-day production-related matters on both scripted and unscripted television projects and is also experienced with providing content review to minimize risk of third-party claims by flagging potential clearance, defamation, privacy, fair-use, copyright, and trademark issues. Prior to joining DWT, Jessica worked as a production attorney for a leading independent entertainment and distribution company, and also worked in business affairs for several other major entertainment and production companies.
