Matthew Tuchman uses his years of experience working with federal, state, and local authorities to help broadband clients build telecommunications, Wi-Fi, and other wireless networks. Should pain points emerge, Matthew turns to his firsthand knowledge of large-scale, complex construction and commercial litigation, land use, zoning proceedings, and other forums to help his clients obtain the access rights needed to build vital infrastructure.
Matthew has particular insight analyzing, drafting, and negotiating facilities access, pole attachment, and related agreements with a broad spectrum of entities, including investor-owned utilities, municipalities, state departments of transportation, municipally-owned utilities, power cooperatives, and incumbent local exchange carriers. Matthew also counsels clients on a broad spectrum of state and federal requirements and policies, the National Electrical Code, the National Electrical Safety Code, and utility construction standards.
