Adrian Vallens helps media and entertainment companies navigate complex commercial litigation, particularly with respect to copyright and other intellectual property disputes. He is experienced with matters in state and federal courts across the country and has served as a judicial clerk in the Eastern District of New York.
With an expertise in the legal challenges posed by AI-driven content, Adrian has become a go-to advisor for clients with questions about artificial intelligence, and its intersection with copyright and media law.
Adrian also has an active counseling practice, and advises clients on a variety of pre-broadcast issues.
