Nick Wegley
Associate
Nick Wegley is a member of the firm's energy, natural resource, and environmental practice group where he focuses on environmental counseling and compliance under state and federal environmental laws, including MTCA, CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, and TSCA. Nick also has extensive land use experience, including the siting and development of complex facilities and renewable infrastructure. He received his J.D. with a concentration in Environmental Law from University of Washington School of Law where he graduated with high honors and was a member of the Order of the Coif and Washington Law Review.
