Caleah N. Whitten
Associate
Caleah Whitten focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class actions. Caleah regularly counsels leaders in the food and beverage, technology, healthcare, and financial services industries. Her broad litigation experience spans prelitigation disputes, motions practice, depositions and discovery, appeals, and arbitrations.
Caleah has extensive experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy, including winning dispositive motions and appellate briefs. She regularly defends clients against claims related to unfair competition, product labelling, business contracts, antitrust, digital privacy, transportation, and warranty law. National publications have featured Caleah's client victories.
Prior to joining DWT, Caleah served as a litigation associate for a multinational law firm in New York. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Gregory A. Phillips of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and for the Hon. James O. Browning for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
