Sherron Wiggins litigates intellectual property (IP) infringement and complex commercial matters on behalf of tech companies, e-commerce providers, and media platforms. Her practice further includes prosecuting trademark applications, IP enforcement, shepherding trademark applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and representing IP owners before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
In addition to patent prosecution and IP litigation, Sherron is experienced with advising companies on U.S. and foreign data privacy regulations and compliance, performing regulatory compliance review of labeling and advertising claims, advising and defending clients on California Proposition 65 matters, and advising and defending clients on website accessibility matters.
