Sarah Wood

Sarah Wood works in the technology, communications, and privacy and security practice group. She has experience drafting various service and licensing agreements, preparing guidance on generative AI issues related to indemnification and IP, and providing litigation support. She received her J.D. from Seattle University, where she worked as a research assistant to Professor John B. Kirkwood, a distinguished antitrust scholar, exploring consumer behavioral economics through the lens of technology product development. Sarah also has a background in finance and investments. Before law school, she spent five years at Parametric, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. As a product manager of Centralized Portfolio Management, she helped launch and manage custom investment funds and programs for institutional clients.
