Bruce Wu concentrates his practice on business immigration matters and international business transactions. Bruce assists U.S. and multinational companies in obtaining temporary work visas, including L-1, H-1B, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN and employment-based immigrant petitions and applications, including EB-1A/EB-1C, EB-2/EB-3 and related PERM and NIW applications.
Bruce is further experienced with assisting Chinese clients in cross-border litigation and providing legal analysis on the dichotomy between U.S. and Chinese laws and regulations. Before joining DWT, Bruce represented clients in cross-border business transactions and litigation as a licensed Chinese attorney on issues related to commercial matters.
