Jeff Youmans represents employers in lawsuits, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings involving a wide range of employment law issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage-and-hour litigation. He regularly counsels employers on how to comply with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
