Text of New FCC Order Released

Earlier today, the FCC released the text of the new Lifeline order and notice of proposed rulemaking adopted at its open meeting last Thursday.  In a prior blog post, we summarized the discussion from the FCC meeting of the new rules and proposals that were adopted, and will provide a more complete analysis of the 143-page order and rulemaking in the next few days.
