How we can help
We work with you to obtain patents and integrate them into your business strategy. We develop patent licensing strategies—either separate from or as part of a patent enforcement strategy—and provide due diligence services related to M&A activity. We assist with post-grant proceedings such as reexaminations, oppositions and post-grant review. We also assist with resolution of patent disputes and, when necessary, litigation.
We provide assistance to research institutions and other entities with technology transfer operations – whether as a supplemental legal resource, or as a nearly comprehensive outsourced technology transfer office.
