DWT associate Greg Rosenthal presented "Tips for Thriving when Coordinating Patent Prosecution in the U.S. and Europe" to the Software Related Inventions Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners (IPO) Association. The presentation focused on benefits beyond patent protection in Europe, the problem-solution approach applied by the European Patent Office (EPO) with an emphasis on software patents, and strategy for US-based companies to be successful at the EPO.
