At this webinar we covered Washington’s new paid leave law, the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program. DWT attorneys provided practical tips for compliance, as well as an overview of new entitlements to paid leave for certain medical and family medical events. We also covered how these new obligations intersect with existing leave laws and benefits, and gave employers the tools they need to be prepared for January 1, 2019, when employer obligations begin.
