Kevin D. Badgley

Kevin Badgley helps clients reach practical conclusions in the financing, development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate. Kevin regularly counsels institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and real estate finance transactions. He has a particular expertise in construction and term lending transactions involving affordable housing projects supported by low-income housing tax credits. Kevin's experience representing both borrowers and lenders gives him insight into both parties' respective goals, allowing him to work collaboratively with others toward an efficient closing. In addition to his work on financing matters, Kevin also has extensive experience advising real estate owners, investors, developers, and joint ventures in the acquisition, disposition and development of a wide variety of properties across the country.
