With a background in biology and chemistry, Helena is well versed in Hatch-Waxman litigation and experienced in freedom to operate patent analyses for Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act litigation.

Helena serves clients on all aspects of litigation, including appeals, in federal court as well as proceedings before arbitration panels and the USPTO.
