Crissa Cugini assists both individuals and companies regarding timberland, commercial, industrial, and estate-planning real estate transactions. She is practical and solution-oriented, focusing on the most efficient way to achieve her client's goals.

Transactions come in all sizes, and Crissa has assisted clients with matters ranging from the acquisition of large commercial sites to matters requiring just the resolution of a key title issue. She regularly counsels property owners regarding operational matters affecting their sites, such as easements, leases, and contracts, and helps them navigate the complex legal issues that arise from the ownership of real estate.
