Suzanne Daigle is a member of the firm's commercial litigation practice, where she represents businesses and individuals on a full range of legal issues, including those arising in bankruptcy. Before joining DWT, Suzanne was a bankruptcy attorney in Denver, focusing on Chapter 11 debtor and creditor work, as well as matters related to trade secrets. Suzanne guides clients through complex bankruptcy and restructuring cases, assisting with document review, courtroom preparation, monthly operating reports, and all other aspects of case management. Before entering private practice, Suzanne was law clerk for the Hon. Brian D. Lynch in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington.
