Katelyn A. Feliciano
Associate
Katelyn Feliciano is an associate in DWT's litigation practice group. She has assisted with litigation at the trial and appellate court levels in both state and federal court and has participated in corporate investigations. Katelyn has experience litigating against and advising in a number of areas including class actions, false advertising, data privacy, and cybersecurity; contractual disputes; business fraud; and anti-counterfeiting. Her clients include household names in technology, food and beverage, and financial services industries.
Katelyn clerked for Magistrate Judge Shashi Kewalramani of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Throughout her career, Katelyn has also maintained an active pro bono practice in a variety of subjects including consumer, workers', tenants', and voting rights.
