Xiang Li represents clients in complex litigation and appeals, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes and novel issues raised by emerging technologies. Her clients include leading technology companies and other innovators from a broad variety of industries and sectors, including software, sharing economy platforms, entertainment, and financial services. Xiang's practice encompasses a variety of high-stakes litigation, including bet-the-company litigation, disputes between competitors, constitutional challenges, and privacy class actions.
