Xiang Li
Of Counsel
Xiang Li represents clients in complex commercial litigation, focusing on intellectual property disputes and novel issues raised by emerging technologies. In addition to litigating in state and federal trial courts in Washington and California, Xiang has handled appeals before the Federal Circuit and Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court. Xiang has represented and advised clients on the cutting edge of technology, including Microsoft and Amazon.
Before joining the firm, Xiang served as a law clerk in Los Angeles for the Central District of California and worked as a commercial litigator in Seattle and San Francisco. Before attending law school, Xiang worked at Microsoft as a product manager of the diagramming software Visio.
