Lynn J. Loacker
Managing Director, Project W
Lynn Loacker works with companies, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, to help them meet their growth objectives, overcome obstacles and build successful businesses. Lynn’s greatest satisfaction comes from partnering with management and Boards of Directors to execute their companies’ strategic vision, by facilitating a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, by helping assess and mitigate enterprise risk and by advising on best practices in corporate governance. She is proud to have represented many clients for 15 or more years and attributes much of her knowledge of finance, accounting, business operations and effective leadership to what she has learned from her mentors on the management teams of her clients.
An advocate for the advancement of women throughout her career, Lynn has been focusing over the past few years on closing the gender gap in the corporate world, including in funding for women-led businesses and in the election of women to corporate Boards of Directors. Lynn founded DWT’s Project W with the mission of providing women entrepreneurs and business executives the tools, connections and expertise they need to build and operate great companies. Since inception, Project W has grown to a community of over 1,500 female founders and business executives, supported by allies in the investment community, in C-Suites and among the many like-minded organizations with which Project W partners.
