Nicole Medeiros

Nicole Medeiros helps clients build and protect their brands. Her practice includes trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as complex litigation, with an emphasis on trademark and copyright litigation. Nicole represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and prosecutes and defends claims for trademark and copyright infringement, counterfeiting, and unfair competition in state and federal courts. She partners with clients in a wide range of industries, including fashion, technology, and food and beverage. Nicole also maintains an active pro bono practice and enjoys working with entrepreneurs and small-business owners.

Before becoming a lawyer, Nicole spent nearly a decade in development and fundraising.

Nicole is vice president and a board member of the national Portuguese American Bar Association and a member of the International Trademark Association's Professional Development Committee.
