Stacie K. Neroni is a member of the firm's healthcare practice group, working extensively with pharmacies, hospitals, durable medical equipment providers, ambulatory surgical centers, home health agencies, laboratories, and physician groups to ensure their ongoing business objectives can be met while remaining compliant with the complex and stringent requirements imposed by various applicable governmental regulators. Healthcare providers rely upon Stacie's legal counsel on issues concerning operational and ownership changes including licensing, certification, accreditation, and participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Pharmacy transactions

As a well-known pharmacy regulatory lawyer, her knowledge of the myriad of regulatory issues impacting pharmacies makes her the "go-to" attorney on pharmacy transactions. In addition to her ongoing initial startup advice, since 2016, Stacie has handled 32 major pharmacy deals with a total value exceeding $1.3 billion.

Hospital transactions

Stacie's experience with provider transactions and the applicable regulatory requirements grew out of her continued work on various hospital deals in which she oversaw and strategized the preparation and filings for approximately 40 different hospital acquisitions.

Provider operations

On a daily basis, Stacie utilizes her knowledge and expertise related to the regulatory requirements under which all providers operate to assist with daily operational issues that range from standard business changes and new endeavors to governmental and payor inspections, investigations and complaints.
