Patricia Peña focuses her practice on counseling and defending large technology, media and entertainment companies on intellectual property matters, as well as advertising, AdTech, and marketing law. She also provides pre-broadcast counseling in both English and Spanish for production companies and studios. Before joining DWT, Patricia served in the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where she gained litigation experience as a trial attorney.
Prior to her legal career, Patricia worked in marketing and media, and applies her corporate knowledge and expertise to solving business legal issues. As a marketing professional, Patricia developed and executed multi-layered campaigns for client's products and services, tailored to launch in U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets.
