Libby Smith is a member of the firm's healthcare practice group. Before law school, she worked in several healthcare-related fields, including in health system and hospice care settings, and also gained experience working with healthcare policy. Libby obtained her J.D. from the University of Washington with a concentration in health law. Her practice focuses on healthcare regulatory and compliance issues and general provider-side representation. During law school, Libby worked as a research assistant for the Firearm Injury & Policy Research Program in the School of Public Health, served as a Hazelton Fellow focusing on medical malpractice research, and participated in the UW Family Advocacy Tribal Clinic.
