She has years of experience working in all aspects of real estate law for lenders, developers and investors and this broad experience is brought to every transaction as she is able to identify and understand the issues that face not just her bank clients but also their borrowers. Tiffany has represented major institutional banks as well as regional lenders. Among her clients are U.S. Bank National Association, Bank of America, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank National Association, California Community Reinvestment Corporation, and Banner Bank. She is highly experienced in construction and term lending, revolving facilities and real estate workouts for both traditional commercial and affordable housing transactions.
