Rodrigo Tranamil represents and advises employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His practice includes counseling on day-to-day operations, developing employment-related policies and agreements, and defending employers in disputes before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.

Rodrigo represents employers in a wide variety of industries in disputes involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract. Rodrigo's clients also include businesses that maintain collective bargaining agreements with their workforce. To that end, Rodrigo represents employers in connection with various matters before the NLRB.
